The mansion, which was built in 1889 in the style of Greek architecture, was used as the mansion of Naim Efendi, one of the famous pashas of the Ottoman period. It has been transferred to the Galipoğulları dynasty since the Republican period and still serves as BORN HOTEL & Cafe House since 1985 by the 3rd generation RECEP ASLANTEPE.
